Continued Airworthiness Management
We offer full support for the Continued Airworthiness Management of your aircraft. For one fixed annual fee if you are not on contract maintenance or included in your contract if you are. We will provide monitoring and management of the following areas which are required by law to be controlled and monitored.
- Maintenance Schedules appropriate to the individual aircraft
- Time limited tasks which may need inspections or component replacement
- Airworthiness Directives which may need to be embodied
- Service Bulletins which may need to be embodied
Once you are under a contract with us we act as your Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation. (CAMO)
Key Points - CAMO Cover With Silverstar Maintenance Services
Although most maintenance companies have a Part M approval they are very reluctant to commission other organisations to do the work which they are administrating. This is not what a Part M approval was designed for!
Silverstar Maintenance Services has no problem with commissioning other companies to conduct the physical work subject to an appropriate audit or for one off technical problems which may occur down route.
If another company is commissioned to do the work they would need to be issued with a work pack generated by Silverstar Maintenance Services in order for us to keep the documentation and maintenance records in order for your aircraft.
If you are on contract maintenance with us the cost of this is all covered in your maintenance contract. Otherwise it is charged at normal rates. See table below for pricing.
