Welcome To Silverstar Maintenance Services
At Silverstar Maintenance services we are not just a maintenance company. We are also established aircraft operators who recognise maintenance as one of the main costs of aircraft ownership. We understand what it is like to never be sure of the cost of your maintenance bills and we strive to provide a transparent and open cost structure for all of your maintenance needs.
Our unique "Contract Maintenance" is designed for you the customer to be able to understand the costs as they happen and avoid any nasty surprises, working with you to keep the costs of your maintenance down to a minimum and never adding costs to the basic schedule unless you are consulted first.
EASA
Part 145
Maintenance Facility At Blackpool Airport
Our EASA Part 145 approved maintenance facility operates from our
premises in Hangar 8 at Blackpool Airport offering maintenance for a
variety of light aircraft types including single and multi engine piston
variants.
Line
Station At City Airport Manchester
We also have a line station at City Airport Manchester which enables
us to provide excellent support for based aircraft or visitors who
experience problems. Our team at Blackpool lend full support to the
facility which is manned to provide defect rectification and scheduled
maintenance cover for the types we cover elsewhere.
Cirrus
Service Centre
We are a full Cirrus Service Centre which means that we can service
all warranty claims, all Cirrus inclusive servicing and are most
competitive on all other Cirrus repair work including composite repairs.
Our team of professionals have been on Cirrus factory courses and are
able to liaise closely with Cirrus Field Support to diagnose any defects
you may experience. We can certify both American and EASA registered
Cirrus aircraft. click here
Contract

Maintenance" plan. You simply choose how many flying hours per year you
want the plan to cover you for, and we will provide full man hours and
parts cover for all scheduled servicing in your chosen plan including

Defect
Rectification
When we identify defects, we always contact you before we commence
rectification work. Using our unique menu pricing system we will inform
you of the time and cost required to rectify the defect. Obviously there
are some defects which we cannot quantify but if this is the case we will always keep you
informed of our best estimates and endeavour to stick to them.

Airworthiness Management - Part M Support
In line with our contract maintenance program or separately if
preferred, we provide full Part M Subpart I support which means we are
able to issue renewal ARC documentation in house. Not only does this
reduce costs and speed up the process of your renewals, but it also
means that we are able to fully manage all of the time limited tasks
which may occur on your aircraft and plan for them in order to avoid
maintenance "down time" whilst waiting for parts. click here
Flying
In For Your Maintenance Is No Problem
If you are visiting from another airfield we will endeavour to turn
you around within the same day whilst you relax in our luxury lounge and
bar. If your visit is for maintenance which will take longer than a day
we can arrange to fly you back to your home airfield or even lend you a
courtesy aircraft at a reasonable rate. click here
